What materials are your candles made of?
Our candles are crafted using locally made soy wax, natural essential oils, and cotton wicks. We prioritize eco-friendly and sustainable materials to ensure a clean and safe burn for you and the environment.
Do you offer scented candles?
Yes, we offer a wide range of scented candles in various fragrances, from floral and fruity to woody and seasonal scents. Explore our collection to find the perfect scent for any occasion.
Are your candles safe to burn indoors?
Absolutely. Our candles are designed and tested to be safe for indoor use. However, it's important to follow the candle safety guidelines provided with each product to ensure a worry-free experience.
How long do your candles burn?
On average, our candles burn for 50 to 60 hours, providing you with hours of fragrance and ambiance.
Where are your products made?
All are products are handmade in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
How should I care for my candles to ensure optimal performance?
To maximize the life and performance of your candles, burn your candle for 2-3 hours on its first burn. Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each use, and avoid burning for more than four hours at a time. Store candles away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent discoloration and melting.
Are your candles cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, and our candles are never tested on animals.
Shipping & Returns
When can I expect my pre-order?
Pre-orders will ship by May 31st the latest. Depending on your location, shipping may take 1-3 business days. I will send you and update with a track&trace code when your package is on the way!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to countries in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Shipping prices will vary depending on the distance from the Netherlands. Check your shipping cost at check-out.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
I aim to ship your order between 1-3 business days. Within the Netherlands, your package should arrive the next day. Outside of the Netherlands it may take up to a few weeks.
You will receive a track&trace code to follow your package once it's on it's way.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll arrange for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy terms.
